This role will manage collections for Surat

Key Responsibilities

1

Will own collection loss numbers across verticals- Cards, Retail Assets, MSME. for Surat Region.

Will ensure Agency Quality Audit Scores delivery as per benchmark.

Ensuring adequate agency tie-ups & capacity to manage collections volumes

To drive Collection Agencies to achieve goals with process adherence.

To manage the Delinquent pool, Provisions on 90+ Portfolio and NCL within targets.

Will support Customer Service on minimizing defective calls, on maximizing CEM scores and
ensure TAT on escalated cases.

Day to day updates and sharing progress of the litigation to the Manager.

Manage Retail Litigation Strategy & implementation across consumer Risk for Surat

9

Day to day filing of cases, representation in various courts of law - both for and against, and all internal and external legal processes

Minimum 5-7 years Collection’s experience in the field of Cards & Loans collections, having working knowledge in the areas of Consumer Risk will be an added advantage
