Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Role

Experience:

Candidates who have experience in General Insurance of upto 3years should apply.

Retail/Corporate Marketing experience is required

 Job description:

Create Point of Sales persons.
Building a sales team to achieve the business plan target.
Defining the competitive strategy and executing on the same.
Responsible for setting the marketing budgets and targets.
Managing the entire P&L of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identifying and networking with prospective agents, generating business from existing partners.

Motivating team to generate new business.

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate agents.

Support the sales team in retaining the renewals

Achieve target annual revenue for Direct business. 

Qualification: Graduate
