Roles and Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Issuance of BG and LCs and maintenance of records as required for the operations of the Group from time to time.
2. Coordination with Accounts and other departments for submission of various documents and providing necessary information in relation to Stock Audit, Cash flows, Budget, ASM and BG Audit
3. Prepare a loan tracker for verification of ROI, bank charges levied by bank on a monthly basis.
4. Correspondence with banks/financial institutions with regard to various routine banking operations such as roll over of WCDL, submission of various certificate and documents
5. Preparation of due diligence report, RBI annexes, updation of debt profile/ Interaction with Banks/Financial Institutions/Credit rating agencies and submission of various documents as required by Banks/FI/Security Trustee.
