Hiring for New Business Contract Administrator, Life & Health Operations (1-Year Contract)

Job Description

The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products.

Within LHO, the New Business team handles all new life and health applications, essentially overseeing the whole process of new applications, from submission to policy issuance.

As a Contract Administrator in our New Business team, your key responsibilities are:

• Perform New Business administrative jobs
• Handle enquiries from advisors, sales managers, account managers or direct internal/external customers
• Monitor and follow up on pending New Business cases
• Handle hardcopy letters printing and housekeeping of files

Job Qualifications

• Have at least obtained GCE 'O' Level certification
• Life and health insurance processing experience is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
• Positive working attitude & good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
