Should have Masters degree in HR with 10-15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry as HR MANAGER or similar role with a headcount of 150 employees and a turnover of more than 100 Crores will be preferred.
1. Good knowledge of Human Resources Management system
2. Sound Knowledge of industrial compliances
3. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.
5. Self motivated and highly organized
6. Leadership abilities
7. Excellent problem solving and time management skill
OFFICE : 6 DAYS WORKING
office timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Sometimes late sitting in office required.
