Sr. HR Manager (H.O. PUNE)

Should have Masters degree in HR with 10-15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry as HR MANAGER or similar role with a headcount of 150 employees and a turnover of more than 100 Crores will be preferred.

• Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Counseling on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Monitoring of staff attendance, capacity utilization, placements, transfers, site facilities, payroll, benefits etc. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Should be professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• Should assist HR manager with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing etc. and provide support to all employees and Project Sites.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
