Sr. Manager - Banking Operations

Job Profile: Take care of Banking Operations of a General Insurance Co.

Experience: 5-10 yrs in Banking Operations

Qualification: MBA / CA / PG with an experience of ~ 5 to 10 years in GI Industry in Banking , coinsurance & operations department

Budget: 15 to 20 Lacs

Job Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for all banking activities for the organization.

- Banking, CMS & Payment Gateway relation ship

- Bank Charges & Controls

- CD & BG Management

- Cheque Bounce Tracking, Intimation, Control & Policy Cancellation

- Refund; online & Excess.

- Key IT Developments for the various processes

- Departmental Audit & all related compliance.

- Internal Co-ordination for policy and claim bookings

- Project mind set and skills to continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Ability to apply best practices and identify gaps in process and improve them

2. Ensure timely completion of projects

3. Ability to coordinate & communicate effectively in or outside organization.

4. Logical and Process Oriented

5. Excel & Power point presentation skills

Interfaces :

(a) Internal : Operations, Accounts, Compliance, strategy, Sales, UW

(b) External : Banks & Payment gateways , IT vendor

Span of Control: 4 to 5 team members
