Job Description

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Involved in enterprise data management activities such as business and technical requirements gathering, data collections and ingestions, design data architecture, develop data pipelines and data model, as well as deploy and maintain/monitor performance of the pipelines.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: Automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Work with data from multiple systems of records so that the data can be used for reporting purposes, following best practice standards.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical best practices.
• Enjoy working in Agile as part of a scrum team and delivering high-quality products incrementally in an interactive manner.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas;

• ETL developer with experience in these technical requirements:
• Hands-on experience in Azure cloud services like Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Analytics Services (AAS), Azure Blob Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, SSIS, SSMS and Azure Databricks.
• Experience with SQL development, scripting and programming.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools not limited to Alteryx, Talend, Pentaho.
• Familiar with visualization tools not limited to Power BI, Tableau.
• Familiar with the data science and statistical tools such as Python, R.
• Familiar with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) tools not limited to Azure Purview, EA Sparx, Informatica and/or IBM Sphere.

Good to have skills:

• DAX for Power BI.
• PowerShell for extension and automation of ADF.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Data Lake or Data Platform will be an added advantage.
