Position - Unit Manager

Department: Retail (POS)

Exp2 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduation

Reporting Cluster Head/ Sr.Branch Manager /  Branch Manager 

Key Stake holders : Business Head, Business Managers, Operations, Product

Scope of Role

* Build the POS network for PINC POS & recruit POS.                                                          *Achieving defined productivity of Premium and number of policies on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly basis, as per the Business plan.                                                            * Increasing POS Productivity & driving high activation rate.                                              *Training the POS with different POS Product line .                                                            * Driving high adoption of POS Application.                                                                      * Identify new  market opportunities for enhancing POS network.                                        * Ensuring higher retention of POS.                                                                                  * Ensuring proper quality of business by compliance to the prescribed statutory requirements .                                                                                                                * Higher policy persistency percentage.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Candidate should have worked in a fast paced enviornment
General Insurance (Agency)/Broking Domain

(POS) experience is a must* Good Insurance knowledge.* Strong follow up skill.* Good Customer relationship skills*Excellent communication skills*Strong POS network *Strong domain knowledge* Excellent proven track record02-05 years of experience
