Job Description

Observe financial trends in expenditure and departmental budgets to control spending where possible and adjust budgets as needed.

• Coordinating the spending of departments to make sure they are within budget and inform department heads of the availability of funds.

• Build strong relationships with external contacts such as FAD auditors, other government authorities and
• Department of Finance by way of timely reporting and addressing queries in a systematic and timely manner

• Analyze expenditure and create appropriate sub-project structure in the accounting system which will facilitate management of budgets by department.

• Addressed financial constraints and complicate logistics to overcome challenges.
• Develop and execute the POS and inventory forecasts.

Qualifications

• UAE National Fresh Graduate
• Higher Diploma/bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Communication Skills
