To source business from large corporate with an annual premium potential of above Rs. 50 lacs.

·       Responsible for their individual as well as Teams topline and bottom line.

·       To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO.

·       To formulate business strategy and future expansion on the basis of feedback from various regions.

·       Liaison with Insurance companies to get better quotes from market and accordingly providing best terms to the client.

·       To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of business operations in their region.

·       To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.

·       Experience of various Insurance verticals like Property, Marine, Burglary, Liability, Employee health & benefits, Infrastructure etc. (Employee Benefits, Property, Marine and Fire).
